HELP!!!! Question about lifestyle, Laziness and Insulin Resistance?
Posted on Apr 20, 2009 under insulin resistance diet | 1 CommentSerious answers only please.
I'm a 19 year old female who has Insulin resistance. I know exercise and a healthy diet is crucial in order to control Insulin resistance but I am so lazy.
I hate exercising. I'm at work at the moment and my job is in an office, on the phones all day, staring at a computer. I feel like I'm in a daze all the time, and I hate it.
I daze out and cannot focus on ANYTHING. I can stare at something and my mind be somewhere else and I dont even notice what I'm looking at, my attention isnt directed toward it at all.
I dont know what to do. I feel tired all the time and hate exercising and no matter how hard I try, I cant seem to break this laziness. I feel like I can't exercise, I'm too lazy to cook right, etc. Sometimes I dont even like to sit and play video games I get so lazy I just want to lay down.
I want to go to school this year (or next year) but I feel like maybe I shouldnt go because at this rate I cant focus on almost ANYTHING! I feel like if I go I wont give it my full attention which I want to, and which it deserves.
Any help?
well first You need to realize havin a insulin restistance, you need to take care of your body. remember u only have one life and one body and it has got to make it 80 yrs or more and things wear out. but not preaching at you. The focus thing well find more activities in ur life. ur bored very bored. Get out of ur daily habits and do something different. and if that doesnt help then go seek medical help see if u have some type of chemical imbalance.
